Shipping Address Guidelines
At Criativae, we will ship your order to the address you provide at checkout. To ensure smooth and timely delivery, we ask that you double-check all address information before submitting your order.
Recipient Not Available
Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order. The postal service will attempt delivery up to three times. If no one is available during these attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest post office, and it will be the customer’s responsibility to pick it up within 7 calendar days.
If the package is not collected, it will be returned to the sender, and the customer will be required to pay a new shipping fee for reshipment.
You can track the status of your delivery — including delivery attempts and pickup location — through our Order Tracking Page using the tracking number provided by email.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Criativae is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. If an address error occurs and the package is returned to the sender, no additional delivery attempts will be made to the same address.
⚠️ Note: If delivery is not completed due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, no refund will be issued. A new shipping fee (including logistics and handling costs) must be paid to resend the order.
Order Processing Time
After your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we begin the steps of separation, packaging, and dispatch. This process typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on the number and type of products included in your order. Some products may require additional preparation time.
Tracking Code and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a tracking number at your registered email address within 7 business days after your order has been processed. Tracking updates are dependent on the logistics carrier and may not appear immediately. For real-time updates, visit the Order Tracking Page on our website.
Because these are international shipments, tracking information may not be available on your local postal service until the package enters the destination country.
Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is displayed during checkout once you enter your zip code.
⚠️ Unforeseen events such as postal strikes, public holidays, weather conditions, or delivery restrictions may extend delivery times.
Shipping Origin
Criativae acts as an intermediary between factories and end consumers. Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers in the United States, Asia, and Europe.
We work with a specialized team and trusted primary suppliers to offer exclusive, high-quality products at affordable prices (without retail markups). Occasionally, a single order may arrive in multiple shipments, depending on supplier availability. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
