Return and exchange conditions

Criativae wants you to feel taken care of long after checkout. You can request a return or an exchange within 30 days of the day your order arrives. Before you request one, please check the conditions below.

• The product must be returned in the packaging it arrived in.
• It must be unused, in the same condition you received it.
• Tags or protective seals, the manual and every accessory must be included.

Please note: returns that do not meet the conditions above may not be accepted.

How to request a return or exchange

Email support@criativaeglobal.com and include:

• The product name
• Your order number
• The email address you used to order
• The reason for the return or exchange
• If the item is damaged, a photo or video showing the issue

Once everything is confirmed, we will send you the return address and let you know how the product cost and shipping will be refunded.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your product arrives damaged, defective or is not the item you ordered, contact us as soon as you can with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, the refund goes back to the same payment method you used. How long it takes to appear can vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Warranty

Every Criativae product comes with a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. If something comes up in that window, just email our support team.
